Parcel Information & Parcel Plat Maps

Best for Larger Screens. Parcel Number is easiest search; if you don't know it refer to SEARCH METHODS near the bottom of this page. Links to Plat Maps are listed on the bottom of all parcel information pages.

Parcel GPS Maps

Best for Larger Screens but Phone Friendly version is available: Both versions require a SilverLight plug-in and Internet Explorer is the recommended browser. This system includes Parcel Information, maps and both Bing and Google satellite images. It will also deliver GPS Coordinates. This system works best for the experienced, but here are some tips to get you started:

  • Search Tools are in the top menu, click one and the entry box will appear; remember that Parcel ID is the easiest.
  • When a search returns the Property ID, click on it and the Property Information will appear over the map.
  • To map the parcel, click on "Zoom to Feature" on the top left of Property Information.
  • To see GPS coordinates, expand ">" the LAT: LON: box on the lower left of the map.
  • To view maps and images on Bing or Google, go to 'Maps and Data Sources" and click the feature you want.

Mohave County Stretches from the Bill Williams River, north of Parker, northward to above the Grand Canyon; it is the 9th largest county in the USA. The Assessor’s web pages map Lake Havasu, and the Entire County, providing very advanced real estate parcel information.

SEARCH METHODS:

THE EASIEST - Parcel ID: This is an 8 digit number and, in the search, always separate it by 2 dashes (xxx-xx-xxx). It can be found on the tax bill; this is the easiest criteria to search with. So, once you have it, keep it.

Address: The numbers only from the address will return a list of all streets for you to pick that address from. The Street Name will return all addresses on the street. Remember, when you find what you are looking for, note the Parcel ID number.

Name: The last name is best and it returns a list of that name, often a long list, so you will usually need the first name(s) also to pick the correct one. And, it must be the 1st owner on the record, which is fine if there is only one last name involved. If there are multiple owners with different last names, you may need to try each one. You can also search by first names, but that is usually the last resort unless it is a very unique name. Remember to note the Parcel ID number.

Maps: These Plat Maps are listed on the bottom of all parcel information pages also and they are best for parcel dimensions. This search only works with the Parcel ID and returns all plat maps in that tract. You need to load pages and review until the correct one is found.
